Gyamfi Amanquah is a Chemical Engineer and former Managing Director of GoEnergy, a subsidiary of Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL). He holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Burgas in Bulgaria and an Executive MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He has three years of experience in the upstream industry with Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) and 22 years of experience in the downstream industry with GOIL. Over the course of his career at GOIL, he served in various capacities, including Regional Manager, District Manager, Distribution Manager, Engineering Services Manager, Bunkering Manager, and Head of Technical & Special Products.
Comfort Osei serves as the esteemed Treasurer of the Frema Foundation, bringing over three decades of distinguished experience in banking and financial management. She previously worked with Ghana Commercial Bank for more than 30 years, where she built a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and financial expertise.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Ghana, equipping her with a solid academic foundation in finance and business leadership.
Comfort also served for over five years as a board member of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), contributing to policy guidance and strategic oversight aimed at expanding access to financial services for small businesses and underserved communities.
She is deeply passionate about poverty alleviation and is committed to supporting vulnerable groups through sustainable financial empowerment initiatives. Her wealth of experience and dedication to social impact make her an invaluable asset to the organization.
